Boy Scout Troop 60

Hi everyone - just a reminder that there is no Troop meeting next Monday, 10/31, because it was supposed to be a Patrol Leader's Council (PLC) Meeting and it's Halloween.  Hopefully everyone goes out and gets lots of candy on that night!

Attention Venture Crew 60 Members (and advisers): We will be having a planning meeting at 6:30pm on Monday night (5/24) in the Koenig Center.  We'll be discussing the Pancake Breakfast fundraiser, our trip to West Virginia in August, officer elections, and more.

Please be there at 6:30pm SHARP; we have a lot to discuss and very little time.  As always, new members are welcome, so if you're a Troop 60 scout age 14+ (or you've completed the 8th grade), we'd love to have you there!

Attention Troop 60 Scouts and Adults,

Tonight (Monday, May 10) will be our annual rocket launch.  We will be meeting at Copeland school at 7:30pm.  Don't forget to bring the model rocket you've been building during the recent meetings.

Right now, it doesn't look like the rain will start until after 9pm, so we should be okay weather-wise.

Venture Crew 60 will be having an informal meeting on Tuesday, April 6, at 6:00pm at Buffalo Wild Wings in Vernon Hills. Uniforms are not required (as several of our members do not yet have them) but please bring money for food.

This meeting is open to official Venture Crew 60 members as well as Troop 60 scouts who are in High School. Hope to see you there!

Attention Venture Crew: we will be having an informal meeting from 6-8pm this Friday, March 12 at Gino's East in Libertyville. All Venture Crew 60 members and high-school-aged Troop 60 scouts are invited to attend.  You do not need to be in uniform and please bring $5 for food.
